Payments, invoices and refunds
Everything about money on Uneed, in one place.
Who processes payments
All payments on Uneed are handled by Creem, our payment provider. That includes launches, Uneed Pro, Auto Submit, Premium Spots and reviews — and it also means invoicing goes through them, not us.
Invoices and company billing details
You can get a proper invoice for anything you buy, and you can put your company name as the invoice recipient even if you paid with a personal card. The billing information is editable on the receipt Creem sends you after purchase.
If you need a VAT number added, a corrected address, or a copy of an old invoice, Creem's support handles it directly: support@creem.io. They're the ones with the billing records, so writing to them is faster than going through us.
Your card was declined
This one comes up regularly, and it's almost always on the bank's side rather than ours — especially when both a Visa and a Mastercard fail. Banks flag unfamiliar or international charges.
What usually fixes it:
- Wait a minute and try again — repeated fast attempts get flagged harder.
- Try a different browser, and turn off any VPN.
- Call or message your bank and ask them to allow the charge.
If it still won't go through, email us. We can send you a direct payment link that often works when the normal checkout doesn't.
Refunds
We refund on request. If you bought the wrong thing, bought twice by accident, subscribed to Pro without meaning to, or something didn't work on your launch day — just email us and say so. We don't ask for a justification and we usually process it the same day.
Once we've sent it, the timing is out of our hands: the refund goes to our payment provider and typically takes a few days to land back on your card.
The one case where we'll push back is a chargeback opened on a service we already delivered — a launch that ran, directories we submitted by hand. In that situation we'll defend the charge.
Cancelling Uneed Pro
Email us and we'll cancel it. If it was an accidental subscription — you clicked through the upgrade flow without meaning to — say so and we'll refund it on top of cancelling.
Cancelling stops future renewals. Anything already used during the period (relaunch credits, a Skip the Waiting Line applied to a product) stays used.
Discounts
We do run discount codes, and we'd rather you use one than pay full price by mistake — if you bought something at full price and found a code right after, tell us and we'll refund the difference.
On Auto Submit specifically, discounts are limited because we pay freelancers to do the submissions by hand. The most we can usually do there is $50 off.
